Our company began in 1995 with Tim Cottles, owner, who began HVAC service & installation with his father at the age of twelve. He grew up in the heating & cooling industry, and when he was in high school, attended the Limestone County Career Tech Center to pursue HVAC. After graduation, Tim started working as an apprentice in HVAC. Today, Tim proudly owns and operates this business with his family.
